If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you via email and place it on back order. When the item comes back into stock it will be sent to you free of postage charge. Damaged or faulty goods should be notified
on receipt and returned to us at the following address, in
their original packaging within 14 days of receipt of order,
for an exchange or full refund via your original payment
Once you have contacted us we will issue you with a returns label for any damaged or faulty items.
If you change your mind about your order we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange on your item(s). You should notify us with 14 days and all goods must be unused and in their original packaging. Once in receipt of your returned order we will credit your account with the original price paid. We are unable to refund return postage cost on "Change of mind" returns. Due to hygiene reasons all earrings are non returnable and can not be exchanged unless the product is faulty or damaged.
